Brgy Guinhawa, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
The Capitol. I guess you're thinking of The Hunger Games. Nah. I'm pertaining to Bulacan Provincial Capitol. It's the busiest place in Malolos City but, hey, art is all around the Capitol.
Who doesn't love fountains? Well, if you love fountains then what are you waiting for? Unfortunately, it's been off for a while now. I don't know why. Maybe the Capitol's conserving water. (Hi Governor!)
It still looks good without the water. |

Not so far away is this sculpture in front of Bulacan Capitol Gym. I really don't know what this is. But still, it's an art. It needs to be appreciated.
Don't forget the Capitol Building itself. This was built in the 1930's. It's older than what it looks like.
Let me tell you something someone told me about the structure of this building. She told me that the structure of the Capitol looks like New Bilibid Prison. Ha! Mind blown.
Okay. Let's move on. Have you heard of General Gregorio del Pilar? Well, he was one of the youngest generals in the Philippine Revolutionary Forces during the Philippine Revolution and the Philippine-American War. He's known for his role and death at the Battle of Tirad Pass. (Thank you Google!)
This statue was built to remind the people of Bulacan the sacrifices of those who gave up their lives to attain democracy and freedom.
